At Kilimahewa Modern Secondary School, our Interact Club is committed to making a difference in our community and beyond through volunteerism and service.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Motto: Help Above Self<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Our club&#8217;s motto, &#8220;Help Above Self,&#8221; reflects our commitment to serving others and putting their needs above our own. We believe that through our collective efforts, we can make a meaningful impact and create positive change in the world.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Service Projects:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Our Interact Club is actively involved in a variety of service projects both locally and internationally. Some of our recent projects have included:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Organizing a fundraising drive for an orphanage in our community<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Partnering with a local environmental organization to clean up a nearby park<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Collecting and donating school supplies to underprivileged students in our area<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Participating in a global initiative to eradicate polio<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Supporting disaster relief efforts in areas affected by natural disasters<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Membership<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Membership in our Rotary Interact Club is open to all secondary school students at Kilimahewa Modern Secondary School who are committed to making a positive impact in their community. As a member of our club, you will have the opportunity to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Develop leadership skills through service projects and other activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Meet and collaborate with like-minded students who share your passion for service<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Participate in Rotary events and activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Make a positive impact on your community and the world<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conclusion:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Rotary Interact Club at Kilimahewa Modern Secondary School is a group of dedicated students who are committed to making a difference in the world through service and volunteerism.
