At Kilimahewa Modern Secondary School, we believe that education is a fundamental right that should be accessible to all students regardless of their financial background. Unfortunately, not all students have the means to attend a good school and pursue their academic dreams. That’s why we have established a sponsorship program to help these students achieve their goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our sponsorship program is designed to identify students who have a passion and heart for school but lack the financial capacity to attend a good school. We then match these students with potential sponsors who want to sponsor a student in Tanzania. The sponsorship is expected to cover a student\u2019s school fees and personal supplies needed to keep the student comfortable throughout his\/her tenure of studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At present, our sponsorship program is being organized by KIWOCE, who is our partner NGO. However, you can choose to sponsor a student directly through us. KIWOCE helps to conduct home visits to learn more about the families and backgrounds of these students. This helps to ensure that the right students are selected for the sponsorship program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our school will then provide frequent updates to the sponsor about the whole educational journey of the sponsored students until he\/she finishes their studies. This includes academic progress, extracurricular activities, and overall well-being. We believe that this communication helps to build a strong bond between the sponsor and the student, as well as ensure accountability and transparency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We welcome individuals, organizations, church groups, families, etc. who would like to sponsor students from any part of Tanzania to come and study at Kilimahewa Modern Secondary School. We believe that education is the key to unlocking a brighter future for these students, and your support can help make that happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
