“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.”

At Kilimahewa Modern Secondary School, we believe that every student has the potential to be a leader, and our Students Leadership program provides an opportunity for students to develop their leadership skills and make a difference in their school community.

Each year, students carry out elections in ballot boxes to vote for their leaders. Each class is represented in the students leadership, with top positions like Head Boy, Head Girl, and General Secretary, followed by ministers, two class representatives for each class, timekeeper, storekeeper, and food leader, among others.

The Students Leadership program at Kilimahewa Modern Secondary School is designed to empower students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become effective leaders. Through their participation in the program, students learn about leadership styles, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. They also have the opportunity to develop their public speaking and presentation skills, as well as their ability to manage projects and events.

Our Students Leadership program is committed to creating a positive school environment that fosters academic excellence, personal growth, and social responsibility. We encourage students to be active and engaged members of the school community and to use their leadership skills to make a positive impact on their peers and the wider community.

If you’re interested in developing your leadership skills and making a difference at Kilimahewa Modern Secondary School, we encourage you to get involved in the Students Leadership program. Together, we can build a brighter future for ourselves and our community.
