Kilimahewa Modern Secondary School

We are a Secondary School in the Northern Tanzania town of Moshi who partners with families, organizations and individuals in providing Secondary education that prepares today’s students to take over the lead in their lives, family, society and the nation. We create opportunities to enable children from disadvantaged families and background to acquire a high quality education at our school.

Kilimahewa Modern Secondary school is pleased to extend a warm welcome to students who come from disadvantaged, poor or financially unstable families. We understand that some students may face financial challenges that hinder their ability to access quality education. Therefore, we have made it our mission to provide a high-quality education to all students, regardless of their financial background. At our school, we offer a range of academic programs, extracurricular activities, and support services to help students succeed in their academic pursuits. We believe that every student has the potential to achieve great things, and we are committed to helping them realize their full potential through education.

The slogan of Kilimahewa Modern Secondary School is “Cultivating Excellence in every student.” This means that the school believes that every student has some level of excellence within them, based on their family background, life experiences, and previous academic achievements. The school’s goal is to identify and cultivate that excellence within each student, helping them to reach their full potential and become successful in all areas of their lives.
